오늘날 스마트폰의 급속한 보급은 이용자들의 생활 패턴과 기업의 비즈니스 환경을 바꾸어 놓았다. 그리고 스마트폰 사용자들은 모바일 인터넷을 이용하여 언제 어디서나 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 다양한 어플리케이션은 사용자들에게 새로운 엔터테인먼트 문화를 제공하고 있다. 또한 기업들은 스마트폰을 이용하여 새로운 업무 플랫폼을 추가함으로써 비즈니스 가치를 창출하고 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 위치를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스도 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드 서비스 환경에서 스마트폰 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. |

(English Abstract) |
Today, the rapid ownership of smartphones has changed the lifestyles of users and the business environment of companies. And, smartphone users can use mobile Internet anytime, anywhere to obtain the desired information. Various applications provide users with a new entertainment culture. Thus, companies are creating business value from adding new business platforms using smartphones. In addition, various services based on location are available. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the continuous use intention of smartphone users in cloud service environment. Based on the results of this study, I would like to suggest the limitations and implications of the study. |
